How To Place An Order

If you have already established T-Mobile service and are an existing customer, proceed to Step 2.

Step 1:

If you are a new T-Mobile customer and have not established service yet, you can register for service by completing this T-Mobile form here

This step is to register as a T-Mobile DSP customer. Once completed, you can proceed with order placement. 

  • Optional: This step can be completed before or right after order placement.
  • Your T-Mobile for Business Amazon DSP Program Manager can assist in telling you if you have an existing account.
    • If you have an existing account, you will have a Billing Account Number (BAN).

Step 2: 

Choose your product(s) and add to cart. View all products here.

Step 3: 

Once you have added all products you'd like to purchase, click checkout. 

Step 4:

You will be prompted to Login to your DSP portal account. If you have visited this site before and already have one, continue to login.

If you do not have an account for this site, select Create Account. You will enter your basic information and set a password. 

Once you are logged in to your DSP portal account, you can proceed to checkout.

Step 5:

Finish the checkout process and place your order. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order # (example: DSP1234).

 You will receive order updates via email.
