Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If an order is placed after normal business hours, it will likely begin processing the next morning. If there is an unusually high volume of orders, there may be a potential minor delay in processing time.

Although we offer two to three day shipping and express shipping, due to reasons beyond our control, there are times that shipping is delayed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dealdesk@hyperionpartners.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can view order status by locating the email containing your Amazon DSP Order shipment confirmation. If you cannot locate this email, ensure you have checked your Spam & Junk mail. The email will come from no-reply@shopifyemail.com

Once you have located this order, click the tracking link under the 'view your order' button.

To view order status in the DSP Portal:

  1. Login to your DSP portal account here.
  2. Select the DSP ID for the order you are attempting to track.
  3. Once the order page is opened, click the 'track shipment' button.
